We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

Products that have been installed, modified, damaged through misuse, or show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection cannot be returned for a full refund.

Dashcams & Electronic Products
Because our products are electronic devices, we reserve the right to inspect all returned items before issuing a refund.
If a returned product is missing accessories, damaged, altered, or shows evidence of installation or extensive use, a partial refund may be applied or the return may be refused where legally permitted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Installation Services
Installation services are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
If installation is cancelled before the scheduled appointment, a refund may be issued, subject to any costs already incurred.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied product, DA SafeDrive will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.
