Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

In some cases, additional processing time may be required due to product availability, stock replenishment or installation scheduling.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order has been dispatched.

Stock Availability

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country.

DA SafeDrive has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be provided via email after shipment.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

DA SafeDrive is not responsible for delays, losses or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate solution.


Delays Beyond Our Control

DA SafeDrive is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Transportation disruptions
